About

Dr. Isaac Allday is a board-certified Family Medicine physician at our Arlington Primary Care location. Originally from a small town in rural East Texas, Dr. Allday earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Psychology from Southern Arkansas University and his Doctor of Medicine from Ross University School of Medicine. He then completed his residency in family medicine at ECU Health Medical Center in Greenville.
Dr. Allday’s unwavering commitment to serving those in need is a cornerstone of his practice. Dr. Allday promotes education to his patients on lifestyle changes first and uses medications only if indicated. His passion for preventative healthcare, weight loss, and mental health care is integrated into his patient care at Physicians East as it was for individuals at the Outpatient Family Medicine Clinic in Greenville, NC, where he provided a wide range of services, including acute care visits, and treatment for severely uncontrolled complex chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and chronic kidney disease, and more.
Dedicated to advancing patient care, Dr. Allday has provided comprehensive training to medical students, physician assistant students, and nurse practitioner students in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Outside of his professional life, Dr. Allday enjoys a variety of interests including traveling and exploring new restaurants and learning about different cultures through their cuisines. He is an avid music lover, enjoying live performances of any genre and playing the trumpet. As a sports enthusiast, he particularly looks forward to football season and enjoys playing golf and tennis. His passion for exercise led him to take up running during his residency, with his longest race to date being a half marathon.
