If you are experiencing shortness of breath, chest pain, or other similar issues please call our office at 252-413-6202 to speak to a nurse immediately or dial 911.

Our normal business hours are Monday – Friday from 8am – 5pm. If you submit a request after normal business hours, it will not be addressed until the following business day.

Only inquiries and requests for existing patients of Greenville – Primary Care will be handled and responded to through this form.
